Brasília - 2011

A designed and projected city only becomes a city when its various constituents gain autonomy; when they learn to speak for themselves by inventing a grammar of its own independent grammatical rules inherited from their peers. A town becomes a city when a leaf fall of a tree and recognize the ground in which it landed, or when the slept city quietly whisper the pain and pleasure of existence.
